Sweep Definitive is taken from the album Make New Friends, which was released on the 13th December 2004 through Tru Thoughts. It became one of the fastest selling releases on the label at the time tracks from which have been featured on a wide variety of TV programs, adverts and even played during the 2004 Olympic Games!
