‘House Of Wax’ first appeared on the ‘Shapes One’ compilation. Built around a soulful guitar lick, it’s an instantly memorable culture clash of percussive grooves and reggae toasting.
‘Herb’ offsets a dub-style bassline against high pitched keys that classic Wurlitzer sound.
‘Telepathy’ raises the temperature a notch with some swirling strings and a catchy vocal hook.
‘Who Are You’ boasts fat beats and a rolling groove.
‘Fresh’ has a little movie soundtrack vibe courtesy of choral swells, steel guitar hooks and eerie strings.
‘Elevator’ brings things to a close with a classic drum break and the haunting sound of chanting monks.
