Four months after the release of his critically acclaimed album, ‘The Garden’, Benedic Lamdin unleashed ‘The Hope Suite’.
Hailed by Gilles Peterson as “one of the best tracks of 2005”, this trio of tracks features Lizzy Parks on vocals, performing alongside many of the same musicians and instrumentalists that were involved in ‘The Garden’.
Due to popular demand, ‘The Hope Suite’ was finally made available on CD in early 2006, with the release of the Nostalgia 77 Octet live album, ‘Sevens & Eights’.
B-side ‘Cheney Lane’ previously appeared on ‘The Garden’.
