Tropidelico

Artist:
Quantic Soul Orchestra
Type:
album
Format:
CD, LP
Release Date:
22 Oct '07
Cat:
TRU139

The fantastic fourth album from the QSO, a tropical funk mix of Arabian jazz, psychedelic soul, Cumbia and Hip Hop.

Tropidelico is arguably the QSO’s best work to date. Whilst remaining funky as ever Will Holland has managed to broaden his musical entourage by seeking out and working with some of the World’s finest musicians.
Will’s relocation to Colombia has definitely influenced this album. Tropidelico was recorded and produced in Colombia and features such guest appearances as include US rapper J-Live, Noelle Scaggs, Afredo Linares, Kabir, Javier Rivera & Hector Sotomayer and the UK’s funkiest drummer Malcolm Catto.

As well as on CD and mp3 download this album will be released on double vinyl (with every vinyl copy including a full CD release of the album inside the sleeve for free)!
